Connection issues
- Ensure iPhone/iPad and TV use the same Wi‑Fi network
- Enable network / mobile remote control in your TV settings
- Accept any pairing prompt on the TV screen
- Try manual IP entry from TV → Network settings

- Restore purchases: TV Remote → Settings → Restore Purchases
- Product: TV Remote Pro — monthly auto‑renewable subscription
