Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Abdallah Mostafa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile mobile applications published on the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Apps”). This policy applies to every App we release now or in the future — we do not list app titles here because the same rules apply to all of them.
By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
1. Who we are
Our Apps are published on the Apple App Store by Abdallah Mostafa. For privacy-related questions, contact us at sketchsphere.app@gmail.com.
2. Summary
- We do not require you to create an account to use our Apps.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Most data stays on your device unless you choose to share it (e.g. export a file).
- Some Apps use Apple In-App Purchases or third-party ads — see below.
- Permissions (camera, microphone, local network, etc.) are requested only when a feature needs them.
3. Information we do not collect directly
We do not ask you to register with your name, email address, phone number, or postal address inside the Apps for basic use. We do not operate a social network profile system tied to our Apps.
4. Information processed on your device
Depending on which App you use and which features you enable, the following may be stored locally on your iPhone or iPad:
- App settings and preferences (language, display options)
- Content you create or save (documents, scans, drawings, saved items)
- Technical data needed for connectivity (e.g. device names, network addresses you enter or discover)
- Progress, favorites, or history within the App
This information is used to provide App functionality. We do not routinely upload it to our own servers. Deleting the App or clearing data inside the App removes most on-device information.
5. Permissions and features
Some Apps may request access to device capabilities. You can deny or revoke permissions in Settings → [App Name] on iOS.
5.1 Local network
Apps that connect to TVs, printers, or other equipment on your home or office Wi‑Fi use the local network to discover and communicate with devices you choose. This data is used for connectivity on your network and is not sold for advertising purposes.
5.2 Camera and photo library
Apps that scan documents, capture images, or import photos access the camera or photo library only when you use those features. Images are processed for the feature you requested (e.g. scanning, editing) unless you explicitly export or share them.
5.3 Microphone and speech
Apps that offer voice input may use the microphone to convert speech to text or commands. We do not use the microphone in the background without your action. We do not store voice recordings on our servers.
5.4 Translation and online services
Apps that translate text or use cloud features may send the text or content you submit to service providers in order to return a result. Only what is needed for the feature is transmitted. Specific behavior is described in the App when you use the feature, where required.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
If an App offers paid features or subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may share with us limited information (such as subscription status) so we can unlock paid features.
Manage or cancel subscriptions at any time: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
7. Advertising
Some of our Apps may show advertisements through third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. In that case, the ad provider may collect or receive:
- Device type, operating system, and language
- Country or region
- Advertising identifier (IDFA), where permitted by your settings
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This helps deliver and measure ads. We do not use this data to personally identify you. You can limit ad tracking on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and consent prompts may appear when required (including for users in the EEA).
8. Analytics, crashes, and diagnostics
We may collect anonymous or aggregated technical information to keep Apps stable and improve quality, such as:
- Crash logs and error reports
- App version and device model
- General usage patterns (e.g. session length, feature usage)
This information is not used to identify you personally and is not combined with your name or contact details because we do not collect those for App use.
9. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the App you requested
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement
- Consent — where required for ads or optional features
- Legal obligation — when the law requires us to retain or disclose data
You may withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. personalized ads) through device settings or in-App controls where offered.
10. Data retention
On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Subscription records are held by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting and improvement, then deleted or aggregated.
11. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:
- Apple — App Store distribution, payments, and subscription validation
- Ad partners — when ads are shown, as described in Section 7
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, or APIs that help operate a feature (under confidentiality and only for the stated purpose)
- Authorities — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
12. International transfers
If data is processed outside your country (for example through a cloud translation or ad service), appropriate safeguards required by law may apply. Service providers are selected to handle data responsibly for the services they provide.
13. Children’s privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) without parental consent where required. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of our Apps. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the Apps in a secure environment and keep your device updated.
15. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data we control
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability, where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Practical steps you can take now:
- Revoke permissions: iOS Settings → [App Name]
- Cancel subscriptions: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Limit ad tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Delete on-device data: use in-App controls or uninstall the App
- Contact us: sketchsphere.app@gmail.com
16. Third-party services and links
Our Apps may link to third-party websites or services (for example the App Store or support pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
17. No affiliation with device manufacturers
Our Apps are independent utilities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by hardware or platform operators. Third-party names may appear only to describe compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted at sketchsphere.app/privacy/. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
